Global Game Jam at Miami University: Guest Speaker

AIMS is extending an open invitation to hear a lecture and meet Dr. Johnny Wilson, one of the veterans in the computer game world. He will be speaking as part of the Global Game Jam this weekend.  Both presentations are open to the public.  There is no charge to attend the lecture.

Dr Johnny Wilson is the former Editor-in-Chief of Computer Gaming World (1992-1995), co-author of High Score! The Illustrated History of Electronic Games (on Game Informer’s top 10 most important computer game books list) and co-founder of Manifesto Games.  Johnny L. Wilson has written hundreds of computer game reviews in his 14 year association with Computer Gaming World magazine. In addition to being the top-ranked editor at CGW for the last five years of the publication, he is the author or co-author of The SimCity Planning Commission Handbook, The SimEarth Bible and Sid Meier’s Civilization or Rome on 640K a Day.
